Sauna Dry Heat at Home

So now, once again, technology has brought us advancements for our homes that help soothe the soul and ease the body. This time it is in the area of home saunas.

In the eighties, we had looked at transforming a walk-in closet into a sauna but the cost was astronomical and we moved away from that idea. After all, I had just spent over eight thousand dollars for the gas range of my dreams in the kitchen, so there was little money available for heating the closet.

But now, saunas have grow into more than a made over closet space. Look at some of the examples here and rejoice in a wide choice of home saunas.

Sitting in the dry heat causes your body to expel toxins that have accumulated during the day, week or perhaps a lifetime, through good old fashioned sweat. It's like the tradition of a sweat lodge.

Being able to sit in the heat of a sauna with snow piling up on the glass tile window gives one a feeling of surrealism that comes from being able to afford something as luxurious as a home sauna.
